WHO IS THE VAGRANT?
There are two answers.

First and foremost, The Vagrant is Ian Piexoto, a pseudnym he uses as a writer, letting him remove himself from the story and become an impartial and omniscient narrator.

Secondly, The Vagrant is a character, a wandering storyteller with the ability to step from world to world and bring with him the stories from whence he came. In the poem, "The Vagrant's Arrival", we get to know a bit of the character as he travels to his next destination, ready to share wonderous stories of his traveling. The Vagrant also wanders into other stories as well as a sort of character archetype. He can be seen in the old man from "Mori's Rose" or the titular curator in "The Curator's Lamment". He's often found traveling, sharing wisdom, and endlessly curious.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR
